A state-of-the-art building that inspires learning and collaboration
Etex’s passive fire protection brand, Promat, has provided fully-tested fire protection solutions for an exciting new mixed use district development in Sandymoor, Cheshire, which is set to transform a vacant site surrounding the Community Hall into a valuable social infrastructure for the local community.
A range of real-world tested systems – including an innovative fire protection solution – from Etex Building Performance has enhanced the development of the new Saddleworth School.
A strong supply chain and exceptional technical and on-site support provided by Etex’s drywall specialist brand, Siniat, ensured procurement and programme deadlines could be met during COVID lockdown for the delivery of a new Ambulatory Care and Diagnostics Centre (ACAD) in Birmingham.
Throughout 2019/20, Siniat played a significant role in supporting the construction of one of the most modern, state-of-the-art training facilities in Europe. Built from the ground up on the site of a former golf course, Leicester City’s new training ground was designed to be an iconic landmark building, providing a platform for success, growth and development for the next generation of sportspeople.
Promat has played a key role in the £1bn Manchester Airport Transformation Programme (MAN-TP), which will see the airport significantly grow and modernise throughout the early 2020s in order to become a world-class transport hub.

Cole Waterhouse’s First Way Campus aims to plug this gap, providing high-quality accommodation in the heart of the Wembley Park regeneration area in northwest London, close to excellent transport links, shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.
Located next to the O2 Arena, the new £121m hotel is being built as part of a development of a 7.6 acre site on Greenwich Peninsula which will also see the construction of a separate 23-storey tower (Peninsula Tower) featuring 100 serviced apartments.
