Our Organisation

Etex’s day-to-day management is the domain of our executive committee. The board of directors determines our strategy and investment roadmap. Four global divisions that structure our activities establish our connection to the local markets, while it is our Etex teammates who put our purpose into practice and make Inspiring ways of living happen every day in over 160 sites around the world.

The Etex teammates make it work,
every day

Inspiring ways of living is the result of the efforts of Etex teammates around the world. At Etex we are part of a global and local community. True to our Etex sense of purpose and values - especially ‘Connect and Care’ - we are inspiring colleagues for each other and inspiring partners for our customers. We are highly ambitious to make a difference in improving quality of living for all and we can only achieve that goal if we collaborate and build meaningful relationships with those closest to us. Caring for our fellow teammates is key to putting our joint purpose into practice. Each and every one of us can shine and should be proud to be an active member of the Etex team, across countries and cultures. Team spirit drives our collaborative culture!

With the Teammates of Etex stories campaign, hundreds of Etex teammates have shared their experiences and what Inspiring Ways of Living means for them: discover what connects us as one team globally, to always do better for our customers.
