I recently received an Impact Award for my Connect and Care initiative, involving an ongoing project at the Burton on Trent site to create a Calm Room for teammates. It required extensive clearing and sourcing donated items to establish a serene space for contemplation and private matters. My colleague Nicky Johns also contributed by launching a popular 'Book Swap' club. It's heartening to see Etex as a company continually prioritising its teammates' well-being.
