Jayne Arkell

I joined Marley Building Materials as their PR Officer before they were part of Etex. Since joining, I have continued to develop myself with training courses and on the job experience with the full support of Etex. I was able to challenge myself with different roles across both Marketing and Sales functions. The lack of women holding senior positions across the construction industry was very obvious when I started. However, I do remember saying to my mother one day that at some stage in my career, I was going to be on the board of a UK construction company.

Through hard work and determination, and the support of such a great company, I am now Country Manager for Etex (Exteriors) UK Ltd. It is the next chapter of my journey. I appreciate how Etex drives its Teammates, because it has inspired me to advance my career.
