Laura Jiménez

As part of my role in our Framework Partner working group, I worked alongside Teammates from different departments to re-establish relationships with our main contractor framework partners' regional offices. My seniors, who had supported my development, recognised my collaborative and motivating role with an Impact Award for my exceptional contribution to Pioneer to Lead.

I wanted to use this experience in a new, customer-facing role at Etex. I was keen to hear our customers' thoughts and asked one of our framework partners for feedback about their experience. I was grateful and honoured to receive this from a Morgan Sindall partner: "I attend regular pipeline meetings with the Etex team where we discuss the Etex involvement across the South, South West and Wales. Laura has been extremely professional, and her attention to detail is second to none."

As I never underestimate the power of providing a great customer experience, I was pleased to attain my new role as Internal Account Manager at Etex. One I had added as a career ambition at my previous performance review.
