I was fortunate to be invited to join a project team tasked with developing an Operations Academy with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies and behaviours. This initiative was part of the 'Factory of Tomorrow' campaign.

We successfully launched the Academy in October 2022, and it is now welcoming its second wave of learners. The feedback has been positive, and it's gratifying to know that the team's hard work is helping to cultivate our continuous improvement culture within Etex Operations.
