I have been working at Euronit for 12 years and during that time I have worked in 5 different positions. Most of these changes have been due to restructuring within the company. I did not look for or like all the changes to the same degree. What is clear is that they have all brought me something more than just professional experience, this has helped me grow both inside and outside the company.

It has given me the opportunity to have a broader vision of the company and thus carry out my current position with more confidence and security. So, even if you think you are not in the best position, seize all opportunities that you get. You can always learn and contribute to the company in a whole new way.
