When I started working at Etex, it was a challenge. I had never worked in a factory before. I still do not regret coming here. On the contrary, it is the best thing that has ever happened to me. It allows me to share new experiences, learn new things, meet other Teammates, make friends and look for new opportunities for my personal and professional growth. All my Etex stories are filled with joy and positivity.

I learned the value of friendship, teamwork, of knowing how to lead. I worked in many areas of the company, always lending my support and the knowledge I acquired in this wonderful company. The key to having achieved all this is knowing how to understand colleagues, teach them to do tasks as they should be done, teach them responsibility, the sense of belonging in what we do. Teamwork is essential and it motivates employees.

Cuando comencé a trabajar en Etex, fue un desafío. Nunca antes había trabajado en una fábrica. Todavía no me arrepiento de haber venido aquí. Al contrario, es lo mejor que me ha pasado. Me permite compartir nuevas experiencias, aprender cosas nuevas, conocer a otros compañeros de equipo, hacer amigos y buscar nuevas oportunidades para mi crecimiento personal y profesional. Todas mis historias de Etex están llenas de alegría y positividad. Aprendí el valor de la amistad, el trabajo en equipo, de saber liderar. Trabajé en muchas áreas de la empresa, siempre prestando mi apoyo y los conocimientos adquiridos en esta maravillosa empresa. La clave para haber logrado todo esto es saber entender a los compañeros, enseñarles a hacer las tareas como se deben hacer, enseñarles la responsabilidad, el sentido de pertenencia en lo que hacemos. El trabajo en equipo es fundamental y motiva a los empleados.
