The COVID-19 pandemic has changed most of our lives - what was the norm is no longer the norm. Since March 2020, we have been teleworking and, due to the many lockdown restrictions in Malaysia, we have had few opportunities to go back to the office.

It was challenging to be stuck working remotely, without any physical contact with my fellow Teammates. However, I received great support from my fellow Teammates in Indonesia in all areas, from production to logistics, to help make every export sale possible.

On the other hand, the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) Safety Engagement Action also allows my Teammates from Malaysia to communicate with each other, checking on our mental health. Etex is a company that understands that it is just as important to support one another both personally and professionally.
