We were facing a lot of challenges during the coronavirus outbreak. Although everyone at Etex stayed positive during this difficult time, we still had to rethink parts of our marketing strategy. The AMEA Management team presented ‘Pioneer to Lead’ and started organising webinars. These would not only help us promote our business, they would also allow us to connect digitally with a broad audience.

Webinars were new to us, and we only had a short time to prepare everything. Still, we managed to organise webinars that shared our 60 years of know-how in different countries. The collaboration between the Etex departments involved has shown the true value of ‘Connect and Care’ among all Teammates. We all constantly strove to create interesting webinars and always do better. I even conquered my fear of public speaking.
